HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Tuesday sent a written message to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and means of boosting and developing them. 
HE Qatar's Ambassador to Bulgaria Rashid bin Ali Al Khater handed the message as he met the Bulgarian president today.
