HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a written message to HE President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, pertaining to bilateral relations and the means to enhance them.

The message was handed over by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Bulgaria Fahad bin Ibrahim Al Mushiri, during a meeting with HE Foreign Policy Secretary of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Roussi Ivanov
